Repo to Demo

Point it at a repo or PR and get a feature demo.

Reads a repository, pull request or diff and finds the user-facing story hidden in the code. It writes a short demo script, captures the relevant UI or terminal output, and renders a polished feature demo with callouts in both landscape and vertical formats.
